Information for new patients

  • Please allow 75 minutes for your first appointment.

  • After you schedule, you will receive an email with New Patient Forms. Please have these forms completed before you arrive.

  • Have a snack or a light meal before your treatment, and make sure you have had enough water to drink.

  • Please turn off your phone, or keep it silent during your time here. This is a time of rest for you, and your treatment will be more beneficial without interruptions.

  • Payment is due in full at the time of treatment. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards. While we do not currently accept insurance, it is possible for you to use your HSA cards and some FSA cards for payment. We can also provide you with a receipt of services rendered.

  • Cancellation Policy: We require 24 hours notice of cancellation. When you make an appointment, we set aside the time just for you. Missed appointments with less than 24 hours notice will be charged for the cost of the appointment.
